Research interests
I am interested in the ramifications of geometry, symmetry, and mutual interaction on electron band strucutres. Particularly combinations of these effects that lead to emergent phenomena such as topological properties are intriguing due to their potential use for future technologies. My work aims to understand and describe these phenomena by means of analytical and numerical tools in order to make them accessible for future experiments.
